This Privacy Policy sets forth the rules for collecting, storing, processing, and utilizing personal data obtained from you by Mobilbox Polska Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, located in Wola Mrokowska, Aleja Krakowska 1, 05-552 Wólka Kosowska, registered in the business register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIV Economic Department of the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000453488, NIP: 1231276004, REGON: 146561805, share capital: 100,000.00 PLN, acting as the Data Controller (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”).
The Controller makes every effort to ensure the respect of your privacy and the protection of the personal information provided by you. The Controller takes all necessary actions, especially by ensuring compliance with the regulations governing how personal data can be collected, managed, stored, and used, as specified in the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (referred to as “GDPR”).
1. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing Your Personal Data

For commercial marketing activities conducted by the Controller on your behalf, especially by using telecommunications end devices and automatic calling systems for direct marketing purposes, based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, in connection with Article 172(1) of the Act of 16 July 2014 on Telecommunications Law.
Providing data for the purpose of point I is a condition for concluding the contract. Refusal to provide data required for the conclusion or performance of the contract and data required by law will prevent its conclusion.
Providing data for the purposes of points II and III is entirely voluntary and not related to your rights arising from point I. Nevertheless, we encourage you to give your consent in this regard. This will allow us to present our offers to you and improve the quality of sales.

<ul> <li>In relation to point I, Article 1, concerning consumers: name, surname, phone number, email address, address, PESEL number, and also an account number if applicable, as well as an IP address if applicable,</li> <li>In relation to point I, Article 1, concerning contractors: name, surname, phone number, email address, correspondence address, position held, as well as the name, REGON, address, account number, and company NIP if applicable, also an IP address if applicable,</li> <li>In relation to points II and III, Article 1: name and surname, correspondence address, email address, phone number.</li> </ul>
3. How Can You Exercise Your Rights?
You have the right to:
<ul> <li>Access your data,</li> <li>Correct incorrect or incomplete data,</li> <li>Request the deletion of personal data when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, the data subject has objected to the processing of data, the data subject has withdrawn the consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal basis for the processing, the data is processed unlawfully, or the data must be deleted in order to fulfill the legal obligation,</li> <li>Request the restriction of the processing of personal data when the data subject disputes the accuracy of the personal data, the processing of the data is unlawful, and the data subject opposes the deletion of the data, instead requesting a restriction on their use, the Controller no longer needs the data for the purposes of processing, but the data subject needs them to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, or the data subject has objected to the processing of data – until it is determined whether the legitimate grounds on the part of the Controller override the grounds of objection,</li> <li>Transfer the data to another Controller or to you,</li> <li>Withdraw your consent at any time,</li> <li>Lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection for violations of data protection regulations.</li> </ul>
4. Data Sharing
Data provided by you will not be disclosed to third parties except:

The Controller makes every possible effort to secure your data and protect it from the actions of third parties, fulfilling all legally required conditions, especially those specified in the GDPR.
In particular, the Controller states that all provided data will be processed based on the GDPR and in accordance with the provisions of the general data protection regulation.
The Controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or international organization.
Personal data will be stored:
<ul> <li>In relation to point I, Article 1, for the period necessary to fulfill the contract concluded with you, and after this time, for the period and scope required by law and the period after which claims arising from the contract will expire.</li> <li>In relation to points II and III, Article 1, for up to 14 days after the withdrawal of this consent.</li> </ul>
